I once heard &quot;it&#039;s a recession when you&#039;re neighbor loses his/her job, but it&#039;s a DEPRESSION when you lose yours!&quot;  So true.  I take a natural supplement for my stress, and I also find exercise and plenty of sleep to be extremely helpful.</description>

		<description>I think its all about being in control, if you can control your anxiety levels (through such methods as meditation techniques,) then you can loose that fear factor that can in turn bring about a panic attack..
