		<description>I find yoga is one of very few ways I can relax. When I was running my own business I used Yoga regularly to calm my state of mind. I found (for a complete yoga novice) that the wii fit (while not as good as a yoga class) offered me the opportunity to escape from it all in the privacy of my own home, then go and deal with whatever problem I faced. I definitely agree that for those subject to panic attacks, stress and anxiety, yoga is a fantastic outlet for these emotions.</description>
