  1. Those are some great ideas for getting yourself back in the exercise habit. I am just as terrible as most women in the world. I work out hardcore a few months before summer and then when winter comes I lax off and put on my cold weather pounds. And, every year it is SO hard to get myself back in my exercise routine. I am currently trying to get back in the habit, but I am SO OUT OF SHAPE it’s hard. If I could just keep up with it during the entire year I know I would be keeping my body so much healthier, but exercise is such a pain!

    I really do enjoy doing yoga, as it is an all over body workout, but it can be extremely demanding, but it can make you feel oh so good. Well, thanks again for the tips on getting back into a good workout routine, I appreciate the motivation! :)
