breathing and experiencing.  By means of this breathing and experiencing we discover how to

control our reactions to situations and people.  It’s not the occurrences as well as people

in our lives which give us stress but the manner we respond to them.   What makes

yoga exercise unique when it comes to stress elimination is within its multifaceted approach.

By simply working at the internal and external levels at the same time, yoga exercise

reduces stress at each level and this kind of decrease in stress is supported by

the work done at the other stages.  Yoga poses combined with yoga breathing

assist in deep relaxation that fights stress.

development while getting the stress from the supporting muscles and tendons.

constant even yoga breathing lowers tension levels in your body.  Stress

response, is accompanied by fast, shallow breathing., Yoga exercise motivated heavy

diaphragmatic breathing activating a relaxation reaction. Yoga also massages

the internal organs reducing blood pressure, stress in the

cardiovascular system at the level of the coronary heart, arteries and blood.   The

nerves are massaged and stretched through yoga exercise, conducting messages;

through the entire human body.

Emotionally your body believes what the brain believes.  Affirmations about

serenity, calm, and tranquility, along with positive imagery are conveyed to

the actual central nervous system.  Yoga brings better relationship with others, life, and

all of us. As we examine these kinds of relationships more, we see which

relationships truly support us in moving to peace.  As we grow to be

more peaceful through yoga teacher training , we discharge

addictive actions, which are often used to relieve anxiety.  Yoga brings

awareness to the emotional blocks which restrict our experience of life.  Our own

perception of life has been brainwashed by our experiences and sometimes we

shut ourselves off from feelings and inner thoughts.  By way of joining a yoga conference we learn how to

bring awareness to all parts of ourselves with the understanding that

through integration, we go to a natural area of stability.  A number of our

stress filled habit patterns are conditioned. Yoga shows a whole set of

behaviours which are helpful in reducing stress.
